Another great week has flown by, and has seen us attending the wedding show at the Rufus centre in Flitwick, we had quite a few people stop by to have a look at our work, some really nice comments and a couple of brides (looking to put some "WOW" photography in their wedding album) are booked in to come and visit us next week, which is really great, the dates are filling up nicely now for 2013 - still some weekends available so if you’re thinking of getting in touch do it now to avoid disappointment. We have a new born baby sitting this evening - which is the result of a gift given to the mum by some of her friends, this is the first of three that we will be doing for the new arrival over the next 12 - 15 months, and is a great way to capture how much your baby changes in its first year. Cheryl (my wife) is now taking an active part in all of our baby shoots, and we are getting some great photographs, we are also teaming up with a couple of other businesses who after seeing our baby photography are now recommending us as their preferred baby photographer.
A couple of Doggie shoots coming up next week, and we will be covering West End Wendies Wicked course at the Bedford College, which is on over the Easter holiday. I am also doing a one to one teaching day for a colleague at the Baldock Networking Group, his daughter is putting some photography into her art course and she is spending the day picking up some hot tips from me, teaching is an area I am doing more of at the moment, so if you interested in learning more about photography just give us a bell for costs and tell us what you would like to learn. Here are a few more photos from our shoot with the lovely Elise from last week (One of the great Team members of West End Wendies) I think that about wraps up this week’s news, coming up over the next couple of weeks are some more Makeover shoots and a couple of new promotions so watch this space.

Here's Friday again - can't believe how fast this year is going by, we are trying to keep this Blog as interesting as possible, by writing about some of the different things that are photographed by us each week, for all types of portraiture we try to go above, and if possible beyond your expectations - to create something that will not only hold value but more importantly be something that you are proud to show other people, not just a "quick picture" so this week we will feature Headshots - Corporate, commercial and most commonly headshots for actors and singers - what we call your digital C.V. The old phrase "you never get a second chance to make a first impression" is no better shown as with your headshot, the first is from a very talented young actress and singer Elise Hare
The second headshot that we would like to feature is one that we did for Sally Aitken, she is just starting out in her new business, and phoned us up wanting a headshot for her publicity material, we promised her that she would not leave us, until she had a photograph that she would be more than happy to show her friends, family and clients, we only took five, the first one taken was the one chosen. She very kindly sent me an email later on that day with this message - "Hi Adrian – Thank YOU so much for making the whole experience pleasurable rather than as I thought it would be cringingly awful. Loving the photo of me (which is a first !!) Also thanks to Cheryl (I hope that’s right) for being so lovely and relaxing me" - so if you are looking to make an great first impression, start by getting your photo done by a professional photographer, we like to think that if Carlsberg were photographers they would be based in Marston Moretaine and called Inner-Visions Photography - more next week, have a good one - Adrian and Cheryl

Another week flies by, I have seen a couple more prospective Brides & Grooms this week, one for 2013 and one for 2014 - I am finding that a lot of couples are now booking me straight after sorting out the venue, and in most cases this is between 18 & 24 months in advance of the wedding day, I already have quite a few booked for 2013 & 2014 – so if you are thinking of getting in touch to see if I’m available - do it now, this week alone I have booked two for this year - another one for December & a last minute one for April, who wouldn’t want a photograph like this in their wedding album ?
This is a double spread from one of my latest wedding albums - which are now all being produced by Graphi-Studio in Italy. After attending yet another course - I am now pushing the makeover photography side of the business, I needed a guinea pig so my lovely wife Cheryl stepped up to the mark, after showing the results to all of her friends, I have a lot more booked in over the next couple of weeks so watch this space !!!
More news from the Inner-Visions Studio next week.

Friday 9th March

Spent the day chasing up on a few things, getting photographs mounted for a couple of customers, the groom for one of my December weddings Harry came round and picked up his engagement shoot photos, I really liked his comment after looking through them "Quality" it was a bit of a rush job to get the shoot and the photos printed for him, as he's off to  Afghanistan for six months today - here's the youtube clip of the session I did for them http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1ECVod8Pr0s
I've also been sorting out various things to take with me on the market tomorrow in Bedford and the new Facebook page for the business is coming along nicely with a few more photos added, please click here if you'd like to have a look http://www.facebook.com/pages/Inner-Visions-Photography-by-Adrian-Bullers-LMPA/367119533312913 if you feel up to it please hit the like button for the page.
Other things that I've done this week is to put together a slideshow of the photos I did for Regardez-Vous Wedding Dress shop of some of their Prom dresses http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bTmX8cnaEms and also a short bullet point video clip to introduce Inner-Visions - that I now attach to my emails
